Andy Swire

Andy Swire is an Executive Director in Amgen’s Health Policy and Reimbursement group in Washington, D.C., where they focus on supporting medical technology innovation. With nearly 25 years of experience in health policy and reimbursement issues, Andy has held various roles in both the government and private sectors, including positions at the White House Office of Management and Budget and PhRMA. Andy earned a Master's Degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from Tufts University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Politics from Georgetown University.
