Armando Rivera

Armando Rivera has over six years of experience as a Director of Manufacturing at Johnson & Johnson (LifeScan), adeptly managing and coordinating business team operations to meet production objectives while adhering to cost and quality standards. In December 2024, Armando served as Executive Director and Director of Engineering at Amgen. Armando holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus.
