Ashley Durusky, PSM, MBA, is the current Director of Manufacturing Support at Amgen, focusing on improving manufacturing technical operations and leading initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Ashley held various roles at Biogen, including Associate Director and Senior Manager, where they managed batch production records and changeovers for drug substance factories. They began their career with internships at LabCorp and Catalent, and completed a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences followed by a Professional Science Master's in Microbial Biotechnology and an MBA in Biosciences Management from North Carolina State University. Passionate about driving positive change, Ashley enjoys reading, watching sports, and engaging in home improvement projects in their free time.
