Benj then moved to Synsorb Biotech as a Production Technician, focusing on organic synthesis in a GMP production setting. In 2001, they joined Immunex and subsequently transitioned to Amgen after its acquisition. Currently, Benj serves as a Senior Scientist at Amgen, specializing in pivotal purification processes. In their free time, they enjoy curling and a variety of hobbies including chess, racquet sports, biking, and poker.
