Cathal Hogan

Cathal Hogan is a QA Manager at Amgen, having relocated to Ireland after four years at Douglas Pharmaceuticals. Over the years, Cathal has held various engineering and leadership roles, including Validation Team Leader at Douglas, where they directed a team in process validation and product launches. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Non-Conformance Process Owner at Alcon, utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques to enhance quality processes. Cathal holds a First Class Honors degree in Biomedical Engineering from Cork Institute of Technology.
