Chanson Chang

Chanson Chang has extensive experience in the legal field, specializing in intellectual property and litigation. Chanson began as a Scientific Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley from June 2003 to August 2006 and later held positions as a Scientific Advisor at Darby & Darby from September 2006 to August 2007 and Patent Law Clerk at Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd. from September to December 2010. Additional roles included Summer Associate at Knobbe Martens in May 2010, Judicial Extern for Judge Eric N. Vitaliano at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in May to July 2009, and Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Raymond T. Chen at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from November 2014 to April 2016. Chanson practiced as an Attorney at Kirkland & Ellis from September 2011 to November 2014 and at Covington & Burling LLP from May 2016 to August 2021. Since September 2021, Chanson has served as Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property & Litigation at Amgen. Chanson holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, completed in 2011.
