Chen Lu is currently the Director of Biostatistics at Amgen, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as a Biostatistics Senior Manager and Biostatistics Manager at the same company from 2013 to 2018. Chen began their career with an internship at Boehringer Ingelheim in 2010. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Boston University and a Master of Science (M.S.) from Northeastern University.
