Connie Wang is an accomplished data science and engineering professional with extensive experience in healthcare and protein engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Data Science and Engineering at Amgen since June 2021, Connie has previously held positions including Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist. At Apprentice Health, from December 2018 to May 2021, Connie pioneered IoT solutions for healthcare clinics, deploying models for real-time location tracking and patient wait time predictions that significantly improved clinical workflows. Prior experience includes roles at Protabit, where Connie designed and developed ProtaBank, a protein engineering database, and presented work at industry conferences.
