David Beier is the Senior Vice President of Global Government Affairs and Corporate Affairs at Amgen. Previously, they served as Vice President of Government Affairs and Policy at Genentech from 1989 to 1998, and as Chief Domestic Policy Adviser to the Vice President at The White House from 1998 to 2001. Beier also worked as a Partner at Hogan & Hartson, LLP from 2001 to 2003. They hold a BA in History from Colgate University and a law degree from Albany Law School.
