David Bueche

David Bueche, MS, CSP, is an experienced professional in environmental health and safety with a career spanning over three decades. As Global Head of Safety at Baxalta, David developed management systems and training materials for EHS teams across multiple geographies. Previous roles include Environmental Health Specialist for the County of Ventura, EHS Manager at Pall Corporation, and Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Baxter Healthcare, where David led a high hazard management program. Currently, David serves as Senior EHSS Manager at Amgen, overseeing core safety programs and driving continuous improvement efforts. Educational credentials include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Occupational Health Science from California State University.
