Dawn Cohen

Dawn Cohen is the Director of Process Development at Amgen, a role they have held since 2021. They previously served as a Senior Principal Scientist and held various positions from Scientist to Senior Scientist at Amgen between 2020 and 2021. Prior to their time at Amgen, Cohen worked as an Analytical Chemist/Vibrational Spectroscopist at GSK from 2001 to 2003, where they utilized vibrational spectroscopy in drug R&D. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Business Administration from Drexel University and completed their Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of Washington, focusing on color polymorphs and molecular modeling.
