Devashish Thakar

Devashish Thakar is currently the Associate Director of Data Science Capabilities at Amgen, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness of promotional campaigns through various analytics and AI-driven methodologies. Previously, Devashish served as a PhD Graduate Research/Teaching Assistant at the Darla Moore School of Business, where groundbreaking empirical research was conducted, and courses in business statistics and analytics were taught. With experience as an Analytics Associate at Axtria and a Business Analytics Associate at ZS, Devashish has developed strong competencies in causal inference, machine learning, and data analytics across a range of industries. Devashish holds a Master's degree in Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore.
