Drew Diamond

Drew Diamond serves as Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property & Litigation at Amgen, a role held since March 2010 that involves leading complex intellectual property matters and managing worldwide enforcement for key therapeutic programs. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Hogan & Hartson LLP from March 2008 to March 2010, focusing on high-stakes biotech and pharma litigation, and a similar role at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from August 1999 to February 2008, where Drew was involved in significant patent and commercial cases. Additionally, Drew gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Mariana R. Pfaelzer in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California from September 2000 to August 2001. Drew holds a Doctor of Law from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University, and dual bachelor's degrees in Molecular Biology and Anthropology from the University of Arizona.
