Ellen Monaghan

Ellen Monaghan currently serves as a Global Clinical Trial Manager at Amgen since May 2023. Previously, Ellen held the position of Global Study Manager at AstraZeneca from July 2019 to May 2023, alongside a role as Contract Specialist in Study Management. Prior experience includes positions at Mundipharma Research Limited as Associate in Drug Safety Regulatory Affairs Operations & Systems Support and Drug Safety Data Coordinator from December 2017 to March 2019, and as a Pharmacovigilance Associate at GW Pharmaceuticals plc from February 2017 to November 2017. Earlier roles at GW Pharmaceuticals also included Pharmacovigilance Administrator from January 2014 to September 2016. Ellen began developing professional skills through work experience placements in 2010 and 2011, which provided a foundation in Good Laboratory Practice and Good Clinical Practice. Ellen holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biochemistry from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2017, and A-Level qualifications from Long Road Sixth Form College, attained in 2013.
