Eston Betts is currently the Associate Director of Human Factors & Usability Engineering at Amgen, specializing in applied human factors and user experience design. Previously, Eston held various roles at GE Aviation and Symantec, where they managed technical exam development and conducted safety and quality research. Eston has also contributed to usability assessments and conducted research as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas Tech University, earning both a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Human Factors Psychology. Throughout their career, Eston has demonstrated expertise in cognitive task analysis, usability analysis, and statistical evaluation.
