Gitrada Harmon

Gitrada Harmon is an intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in patent law, particularly in pharmaceuticals, chemistry, and biotechnology. Since 2008, Gitrada has combined law firm and in-house expertise, currently serving as Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property at Amgen Inc., and previously held a counsel role at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Gitrada has a strong scientific background, holding a B.S. in Chemistry from MIT, a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Caltech, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, with admission to practice in Massachusetts and registration as a patent attorney with the USPTO.
