Greg Alan is an enthusiastic Organizational Development Leader with 20 years of experience in learning and development, program management, change management, and executive coaching. At The George Washington University, Greg served as a Senior HRD Program Manager from 1999 to 2007, where they designed and led advanced professional development and leadership strategies. They continued to advance in their career as the Director of Organizational Development at Sage from 2014 to 2024, championing strategic initiatives in talent and leadership development while integrating DEI principles. Currently, Greg is an HR Development Senior Manager at Amgen, continuing to transform organizational practices. Greg is also pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Human and Organizational Learning and Development at The George Washington University.
