Haley Bacon

Haley Bacon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the External Process Development Senior Manager at Amgen since February 2004. In this role, Haley oversees externalization strategy and supplier networks to enhance drug product development and clinical supply delivery. Previous positions at Amgen include Strategic Planning & Business Operations Manager, where responsibilities included resource forecasting, budget management, and process improvement, as well as roles as a Business Analyst and Associate Scientist focusing on protein formulation and characterization. Additionally, Haley has experience coaching as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Moorpark College and began a career as an Associate at Baxter BioScience. Haley holds an MBA in Management and Organizational Behavior and a B.S. in Biochemistry from California Lutheran University, alongside associate degrees in Biology and Liberal Arts from Solano Community College.
