Ilia Rivera is a Supply Chain Manager at Amgen, with extensive experience in the biotechnology industry as a Mechanical Engineer. Previously, they served as a Senior Engineer and QC Specialist at Amgen, where they focused on managing critical documentation and quality control processes. They also worked as a Reliability Engineer at Baxter Healthcare and Eli Lilly and Company, where they implemented maintenance programs and conducted root cause analyses. Ilia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, obtained in 1999.
