Iman Mirzaee

Iman Mirzaee serves as a Senior Manager in Data Sciences at Amgen since August 2019, leading the Advanced Modeling and Simulation team within the Digital Integration and Predictive Technologies group. Previously, Iman held roles as a Data Scientist and Senior Engineer at Cold Chain Technologies from February 2018 to August 2019, focusing on the analysis and simulation of Thermofluids systems for thermally-sensitive pharmaceuticals, utilizing Python and MATLAB for code development and various engineering tools. Prior to that, Iman was a Visiting Professor at the University of Massachusetts from January 2015 to January 2018, where engagement in lectures on Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, and Thermodynamics was complemented by significant research in Thermofluids processes, earning multiple "Best Professor Award" honors. Iman completed a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts from 2011 to 2015, and holds both M.S. and B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
