Isaac Orta

Isaac Orta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, marketing strategy, and operations within both corporate and military settings. As a Project Manager at Amgen since January 2023, Isaac has developed a playbook for hiring managers to implement skills-based hiring models and established standard operating procedures for talent acquisition. Previously, as a Marketing Consultant at HCLSoftware, Isaac created a marketing playbook aimed at enhancing brand awareness through strategic planning. Isaac's military career includes significant roles such as Squadron Operations Officer and Senior Program Manager, where leadership and training of personnel were key responsibilities, as well as a position as Executive Officer overseeing recruiting operations across multiple regions. Isaac holds a Master's degree in Business for Veterans from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University San Marcos.
