Jeff Chism is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the biotechnology, military, and strategic planning sectors. Currently serving as the Amgen India Program Lead at Amgen since October 2021, Jeff focuses on workforce transformation and technology integration to foster innovation. Previous roles include Chief of Staff for Global Supply Chain at Amgen, where coordination across a global leadership team was essential, and various leadership positions within the U.S. Navy, including Site Head at Naval Base Ventura County and Portfolio Manager for the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
