Jon Hicks

Jon Hicks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, healthcare access, and education. Currently serving as Associate Director for Access to Healthcare at Amgen since August 2015, Jon has played a pivotal role in setting organizational strategy, leading financial management, and coordinating key initiatives. Jon's previous positions at Amgen include Senior Program Manager and Senior Global Program Manager, focusing on healthcare programs and cross-functional strategies. In addition to corporate roles, Jon has contributed as a speaker, coach, and consultant through Scaling Value, delivering lectures on project management and personal development. Jon has also held multiple leadership positions within the PMI-Los Angeles Chapter, fostering strategic growth and operational excellence. As an adjunct professor at several institutions, Jon has shared expertise in project management with undergraduate and graduate students.
