Joseph Nagle

Joseph Nagle, MBA, BIA, is a Sr. Director of Development Quality at Amgen, where they focus on leadership, resource management, and quality systems in the medical and cosmetic industries. They previously served as Director of Quality Assurance for Devices at Amgen and held various roles in regulatory affairs and quality management at companies such as Brasseler USA Medical and ECA Medical Instruments. Joseph began their career as a Quality Assurance Auditor at Jafra Cosmetics and has accumulated extensive experience in combination products and medical devices. They hold an MBA in Management and Organizational Behavior from California Lutheran University and a BSIT in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
