Julia Bach is a Process Development and Viral Clearance Validation subject matter expert with extensive experience in biotechnology. Currently, as a Process Development Principal Scientist at Amgen, they lead the Biosafety Development group and supervise viral clearance studies for clinical and commercial molecules. Previously, they held a senior manufacturing scientist role at Takeda and served as a Sr. Associate Scientist at Amgen for two decades, where they focused on downstream operations and viral clearance studies.
