Jun Sonoda is a dedicated researcher specializing in drug discovery for cardiometabolic disorders at Amgen. Previously, Jun held roles at Genentech as a Drug Discovery/Project Team Leader, where they contributed to significant advancements in metabolic disorder therapies, including the bispecific antibody Fazpilodemab. Jun served as a Damon Runyon Alumni Fellow at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, focusing on gene regulation and cellular signaling, and was the Clinical Biomarker Strategy Lead at Regeneron.
