Annette Konikiewicz serves as the Associate Director of Global Patient Safety, REMS Planning & Implementation at Amgen since May 2011, following a career that began at the company in 1998. In this role, Annette oversees operational activities related to Risk Evaluation, Mitigation Strategies for Amgen drugs, and collaborates with various cross-functional partners while managing third-party vendors. Prior experience at Amgen includes serving as Director and Functional Head of Clinical Pricing/Payments, managing clinical budgets compliant with Fair Market Value principles, and advancing through roles in the Contracts Management Group. Earlier in her career, Annette worked as an attorney at Moore, Stout, Waddell & Ledford PC, focusing on civil matters including insurance defense and contract law. Annette holds a JD from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from East Tennessee State University.
