Kristyn Klear

Kristyn Klear is a results-driven healthcare marketing and sales leader with extensive experience in rare disease, ophthalmology, oncology, and urology. Currently serving as Director of Marketing for Ophthalmology at Amgen, Kristyn previously held multiple roles at Horizon, including Director and Associate Director of Medical Marketing. With a proven track record in strategic planning, market access, and cross-functional team leadership, Kristyn has successfully increased revenue and improved operational efficiency in previous positions at Eisai US and Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Kristyn is actively pursuing an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management while also studying English Writing, Sociology, and Communications at DePauw University, and Publishing at the University of Denver.
