Lance Hartman

Lance Hartman has over a decade of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Beginning at Hess Services from 2009 to 2011 in parts and purchasing, Lance then transitioned to Forest Laboratories (now Allergan) from September 2011 to January 2017, focusing on pharmaceutical sales and expanding the customer base across various product lines. Following this, Lance worked at Alcon, a division of Novartis, from January 2017 to October 2022 as a Medical Device Sales Representative, where notable achievements included becoming Rookie of the Year in 2017 and joining the Presidents Club in 2018. Currently, Lance serves as a Senior Specialty Sales Representative at Amgen since October 2022. Educationally, Lance holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Fort Hays State University, completed between 2005 and 2008.
