Leticia Morse

Leticia Morse is the Director of Global Operations at Amgen, bringing fifteen years of experience in the biotech industry with a focus on project management and operations. Morse has demonstrated leadership in managing global oncology assets through various commercialization stages and has played a key role in collaborative projects, such as the technical transfer for COVID-19 treatment manufacturing. Previous roles include Senior Associate in Master Data Management and various project management positions, where they emphasized process improvement, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Morse holds a BS in Mathematical Sciences and a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, along with an MS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from UC Berkeley.
