Lisa Littrell is currently the Associate Director of Global Leadership Development at Amgen, leading the Fuel Your Potential program, a portfolio of global leadership development initiatives for Operations staff. With over five years in Amgen's global talent management team, Lisa designed strategies for employee engagement and development assessments. Previously, Lisa held roles at Bank of America, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Exelon, where they developed and implemented various talent management processes. Lisa earned a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and holds a BS in Biology from Butler University.
