They have developed and selected various packaging solutions, including bottles and syringes, while managing a multicultural team and contributing to sustainability initiatives within the company. Lize's expertise includes extensive knowledge of packaging materials and regulatory compliance, as well as a background in teaching and research in chemistry. They hold a PhD in Chemistry from UHasselt and have previously worked in leadership roles at both Amgen and Teva Pharmaceuticals.
