Lukas Baitsch

Lukas Baitsch is currently the Business Unit Head for Oncology at Amgen Switzerland, where they lead a cross-functional team managing a diverse portfolio of oncology assets. Previously, at Amgen Germany, Lukas was responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies. Their career includes significant experience as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and a research background at distinguished institutions such as the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School. They hold a PhD in Immunology and Cancer Research from the University of Lausanne and a MSc in Chemical Biology from ETH Zurich.
