Malia Potts

Malia Potts is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in research and education. They began their career as an Assistant Scientist at Cogent Neuroscience and held roles such as Research Technician at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Teaching Assistant at Duke University Talent Identification Program. Malia later served as an Assistant Instructor at UT Southwestern Medical Center before advancing to an Assistant Member at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and eventually a Senior Scientist at Amgen. They earned a PhD in Genetics and Development and a postgraduate degree in Oncology and Cancer Biology from UT Southwestern Medical Center, complemented by a B.S. in Biology from Duke University.
