Marisa Joubert

Marisa Joubert is a highly experienced scientific professional currently serving as a Scientific Director at Amgen since November 2008, leading the Attribute Impact Group within Process Development. Joubert oversees the evaluation of immunogenicity in biotherapeutics, contributes to candidate selection for pipeline advancement, and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Researcher 2 at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, where Joubert co-established a group focused on developing therapeutics for HIV and Tuberculosis. Additionally, Joubert was a Graduate Research Assistant at UCLA, supporting numerous scientific projects and co-authoring publications. Joubert holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UCLA and a BS in Biochemistry from the same institution.
