Mark Gister is currently the Director of Global Supply Chain in the Variation Management Organization. Previously, Mark worked at St. Jude Medical, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Hardware Design Engineer and Program Manager, leading cross-functional projects that culminated in significant innovations such as the world’s smallest high-energy implantable defibrillator. Mark’s industry contributions include authoring ISO 2186:2010(E) and achieving $5 million in cost savings during product development. They hold a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
