Matt Kasenga

Matt Kasenga is the Director of Manufacturing at Amgen, where they lead over 45 technical and manufacturing execution staff overseeing downstream and technical support operations. Previously, Matt served as a Senior Manufacturing Manager and Process Development Manager at Amgen, contributing to significant improvements in product processes and quality control. They began their career as a Practice Engineer at ArcelorMittal, where they spearheaded initiatives that enhanced steel properties and reduced rejection rates through data analysis. Matt holds an MBA and a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Purdue University.
