Matthew Gray

Matthew Gray has extensive experience in value and access within the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Executive Director of Value and Access at Amgen since August 2022. Prior roles include Executive Director at Biogen from January 2016 to March 2022, where responsibilities encompassed global pricing and payer access solutions, as well as senior-level positions in contracts and pricing. Matthew's career also includes leadership at Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, EMD Serono, Inc., and CVS Health, spanning finance and managed markets. Educational credentials include a BBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained between 1986 and 1991.
