Michael Tsonis

Michael Tsonis has cultivated a diverse career in national security and intelligence analysis, beginning with their education at Loyola University Chicago, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. They served in various roles within the U.S. Navy, ultimately becoming Branch Chief at the U.S. Strategic Command Intelligence Directorate, where they led a diverse team producing critical analyses on major adversaries. Tsonis later contributed to NATO as a Plans and Exercises Officer, leading multinational aircrew in major exercises. Currently, they work as a Senior Intelligence Analyst at Amgen, following a brief tenure at Horizon and consulting for Everbridge and other firms in defense and intelligence domains.
