Mithun Khattar

Mithun Khattar is an immunologist with over 15 years of research experience, including 10 years post-PhD, specializing in the discovery and development of novel immune therapies for cancer and autoimmunity. Currently serving as the Director of Immuno-Oncology Research at Amgen, Mithun has led preclinical programs through to IND enabling for multiple cancer immunotherapies. They boast a strong track record in mentoring researchers, managing cross-functional teams, and establishing partnerships across academia and industry. Mithun has published extensively in high-impact journals and holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Toledo.
