Nila Cainglit

Nila Cainglit is the Executive Director of Global Occupational Health at Amgen, where they apply their extensive expertise in safety and health to drive innovative solutions for complex challenges. With a history of managing high-performance teams, Nila has held various roles, including Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner at Amgen and Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA School of Nursing. Nila began their healthcare career as a Registered Nurse at UCLA Health and has also worked with the U.S. Department of Labor as a graduate intern, focusing on workplace safety for young workers. They earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Occupational and Environmental Health from the University of California, Los Angeles.
