Nithya S.

Nithya S. is a Principal Scientist at Amgen, bringing over a decade of experience in protein biochemistry and biophysics. They have a comprehensive background in advancing poly-modality portfolios, including monoclonal antibodies and ADCs, from candidate selection to marketing applications. Nithya has led the development of analytical methods, stability studies, and regulatory submissions while serving as a subject matter expert on protein degradation pathways and biophysical characterization. Previously, they held positions as a Senior Research Scientist at Cynvenio Biosystems and as a Scientist at Amgen, contributing significantly to multiple accelerated programs and regulatory filing strategies. Nithya completed their Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology at Penn State University and has also held various visiting scholar roles at institutions including Freie Universität Berlin and Brock University.
