Norbert Stein

Norbert Stein, CPCC/CTPC, serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Amgen since February 2012, overseeing HR operations for the West Europe, Middle East, and Africa region across 29 countries. Previous roles at Amgen include Director of Human Resources for Western Europe and Middle East Africa, Director of Global Compensation, and Compensation & Benefits Director. Prior to Amgen, Norbert held various HR leadership positions at LM Wind Power Service & Logistics and LM Wind Power, focusing on global HR strategy, compensation, benefits, and project governance for SAP HCM implementation. Earlier experience includes management roles at The Gillette Company, where responsibilities encompassed European rewards, benefits administration, and integration efforts during the P&G merger.
