Patrick Scott, PACS, has extensive experience in case management and donor coordination. From March 2021 to October 2023, Patrick served as a Case Manager at Horizon, and following its acquisition by Amgen in October 2023, continued in a similar role at Amgen. Prior to Horizon, Patrick worked at ConnectiveRx as a Program Supervisor from November 2018 to March 2021 and at the Center for Organ Recovery and Education as a Donor Referral Coordinator from October 2006 to October 2017. Additionally, Patrick held the position of Case Management Lead at Amgen in February 2025. Patrick is an alumnus of Western Governors University.
