Paul Koval

Paul Koval is the Director of Talent and Performance Management at Amgen, where they lead the Enterprise Learning Council and manage a team of over 200 learning professionals while overseeing a substantial annual budget. With extensive experience in instructional design and learning solutions, Paul has previously held various leadership roles at Amgen, including Director of Operations Learning & Performance and Senior Curriculum Designer. They served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, teaching screenplay writing, and hold degrees in Film/Video and Photographic Arts and English/Creative Writing from the University of Southern California and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, respectively.
