Peter Mara

Peter Mara has over 20 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as District Sales Manager at Amgen since April 2009, where responsibilities include leading Senior Sales Representatives in the promotion of specialty biologics to Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Nephrology. Previously, Peter held the position of Executive District Sales Manager at Sepracor Pharmaceuticals from April 2004 to April 2009 and demonstrated a strong track record of top sales results through strategic hiring and development of sales teams. Earlier experience includes roles as District Sales Manager at Lilly, where Peter managed Hospital Sales Representatives marketing a unique biologic for severe sepsis, as well as key management positions at AstraMerck and AstraZeneca. Peter holds a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
