Phil Clark

Phil Clark is an experienced professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as the Director of Global Operations at Amgen since March 2001. In this role, Phil leads a product delivery team focused on a bispecific protein targeting solid tumors, currently in late phase 1 trials. Prior experience at Amgen includes responsibilities as the Business Development CMC Lead, overseeing technical due diligence for the in-licensing of therapeutic assets and managing the introduction of new molecules into GMP clinical and commercial manufacturing. Before Amgen, Phil worked as a Senior Scientist at Intracel, managing the development of an in-vitro diagnostic test for Legionella pneumophila, and held earlier roles at Procter & Gamble, Nathan Hale Middle School, and Abbott. Phil holds a Master’s degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from DePauw University.
