Ralph Mazenko is an accomplished professional in the field of clinical quality assurance and research and development quality, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Amgen, leading the MRL Clinical Quality Assurance team in the Primary Care Therapeutic Area. With over two decades of experience, Ralph has held senior leadership positions at Merck, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, and Stryker Orthobiologics, focusing on quality management, compliance, and continuous improvement across various therapeutic areas including oncology. Ralph's expertise includes implementing quality management systems, utilizing Quality by Design (QbD) and Risk-Based Management (RBM) approaches, and driving regulatory compliance initiatives, contributing significantly to the success and integrity of clinical studies and product developments. Ralph holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacology from Jefferson Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from The College of New Jersey.
