Regina Ryan

Regina Ryan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Site Head at Amgen South San Francisco since October 2022. Prior to this role, Regina held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at ChemoCentryx, which was acquired by Amgen in the same month. Regina's extensive background includes serving as Director of HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition at Theravance Biopharma U.S., Inc. for eight years, where strategic operations and talent acquisition were key focuses. Earlier in Regina's career, roles at Bare Escentuals, Flexperience, MCI, Zurich Companies, and Foundation Health Systems contributed to a diverse skill set in talent acquisition, business development, and account management. Regina holds a BS in Business Marketing from California State University-Sacramento and completed a Decision-Making Course with Dr. Victoria Medvec in June 2020.
