Richard Knowles

Richard Knowles currently serves as Director of GRAAS Operations at Amgen since November 2016, having previously held the position of Senior Manager in Global Regulatory and Safety Operations. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Ipsen Biopharm Limited, where Richard was Publishing & Regulatory Systems Manager for a brief period in 2016, and from 2009 to 2016, held the title of Manager of Global Dossier Management along with earlier positions as Publisher and Senior Publisher in the same field. Richard's career began at Ipsen Limited as an Archivist. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School, and a Master of Arts with Honors in English and History from the University of Aberdeen.
